Identical, mirror image... meaning they're even bigger freaks of nature than your average twin.  My wife is left-handed and her twin is right-handed.  My wife's hair parts on the left side of her head, her twin's on the right.  My wife like's to be on top, her twin likes it doggie style.

I know because I was drunk one night when the twin was sleeping over, walked into the wrong bedroom, and pounded her twin from behind just like she was screaming for me to do.
