I find one of the best motivators for employees is called, "Keeping your fucking job". Most grasp the concept quite easily.

that used to work here, and I guess it still does if you have a good job. but there are so many entry level jobs here now there aren't even enough people to fill them. hence, you have some real pieces of work employed at some places.

Yeah, it's too bad you can't fire another employer's employees. They give you shitty service and you escort them out the door. That would be my version of heaven. I wouldn't need angels and harps, just give me a handful of pink slips.
