QUOTE(bondiguy)
So I am in need of Simpsons help! :o

I can't pinpoint an episode or even the exact dialogue of the scene, however, Bart and Homer are watching TV and laughing at the killing and violence when marge appears from the kitchen. Rather than Tut-tutting the violence she makes an attempted joke after one of the TV villians is killed and bart turns to her and says, "Mom, a man just died!"

I laugh my ass off at the mere thought of that scene but I cant remember the ep for the life of me... HELP!

The garbage one? You know the one where Homer becomes the sanitation commissioner and goes over budget, U2 is in this one, too. It was on the other night, I am pretty sure I remember hearing that line, but I could be wrong.

I could be mistaken, but I beliveve that's the powersauce ep where homer climbs the mountain and ends up getting to the summit only because the sherpas help him and then because the top of the mountain crumbles away for some reason. That one was just on, and I think that's the one you're referring to.

But, hey, I've been wrong before.

Yup, that's it. I just searched for power sauce bars and then found that scene. Here's the link to the script.

I think it's a safer bet that you will learn to accept that you may occasionally be wrong, that you are fallible. :roflmao: Keeping your yap shot is probably not going to happen in this lifetime.

misschickie, I quoted your post by mistake, I meant to quote bondi's. I hope you didnt' think that by quoting yours I was trying to correct you. I'm not one for trying to point out and correct everyone's mistakes. It's too exhausting for someone who's perfect like me

seriously, though. i only knew that cuz it was just on. that was such an obscure line, but it was H-I-larious.

one more thing...

I can think of much more fun things we can do with you mouth open, so please do not learn to keep your yap shut. ;)

You sir are a modern day hero!

So many good things in that ep. The whole capture the flag thing,and "Ohhhhhh a gym! haha, and this gem;

"How can you put that filth into your bodies?"

"I only eat food in bar form. When you concentrate food, you unleash its
awesome power, I'm told. That's why I'm compressing 5 pounds of spaghetti
into one handy mouth-sized bar."

"Hospital please"

:roflmao:

No, bondi, I don't use the term "hero" often, but I am the greatest hero in American history.

Here's a random youtube thing I came across. You can skip the beginning intro part, just wait for the part immediately after they get on the couch. It's amuzing if nothing else.

check it out

Regressing Moe did make me laugh!

I wonder if they charge a $1000 leaving town fee?
