Don't be afraid to ASK how he likes it as you are working it. It's the same principle just like getting girls off, what works for one guy, will not work for another guy. I slightly disagree with the fabulous Lynette, just on one point. and I may be an odd guy here but I don't at all mind some handwork during head. When done right in combo with working with your mouth I think it can add to the fun.
