No, not yet. Still contemplating. There's not a huge advantage for me, really. I"ll lose d/l speed, but will gain a shit ton of u/l speed. I don't really need u/l speed, though. But the connection will be a lot more reliable, and I have had some problems with reliability lately.

THE school was T1 and went to wireless , it works damn good I have been very surprised ..

It probably still has T1... it's just wireless rather than having to plug in the computer via cable to the wall jack. T1 goes from ISP to the router in the building. The router, whether wireless or hardwired(usually both), supplies connection to the individual computers inside the building.

well if it makes a difference there is no phone line connected anymore , it comes in through a dish on the roof .
