Well, I return alive!

I had a great weekend. Spent it in a little beachside town about an hour out of Sydney with about 20 guys. Being a guy I didnt take much photos but a few other boys did. I also could not take photos of our strippers as there profession was largely a secret from there families and they obviously knew i'd post the here! haha. They performed a lesbian act and came out dressed as school girls (who would have known my little fetish? haha) and performed a great act with light candles, double ended dildos, and even a little fire!

Other than that I spent most of the time chilling out with my mates, drinking, surfing at the beach and largely just enjoying the beautiful weather and a great weekend!

I was gonna comment on this yesterday, but then I started looking at breasts and forgot.
Anyway, sounds like about the best time one could have! About the recording of the strippers; back in my last year of highschool we had a "stag party" sort of thing to celebrate being done at the end of the year. We had it in an old warehouse. The stripper did not allow cameras or anything either. The ingenious bastard who put this thing on had hidden a videocamera in the ceiling befoehand, centered squarely on where she was performing. Now you would think it would be a bad angle to view from, but with the things she was doing, it was about perfect! I still have a copy of that tape to this day haha.

My buddy is getting married next year and has named me the best man(his first choices must have been busy haha). So in my mind, my biggest resposibility is to throw him one hell of a bachelor party. I figure I better start planning this thing now! I only have a little over a year left. I kind of like the idea of making it a couple days instead of just one day of debauchery. I think going out of town may be perfect. It will be the dead of winter so maybe a cabin out somewhere would be pretty cool. You didn't plan this yourself obviously, but did you guys stay at a hotel? did everyone pay their own way? did someone collect the money beforehand to pay for everything? I've found some pretty decent sites on the net for this kind of thing but any extra help wouldn't hurt.

When Maori gentlemen comes into the house before the performance, and stands at well over 6 foot, and weighs in excess of 120kg and tells anyone that takes any sort of photos that he'll break their fingers... you listen! :P

Ok, I'll give you a rundown of how things worked.

We booked a holiday house (A house privately owned that is rented out for weekends or longer periods by its owner) for the weekend pretty close to the beach. I invited a whole bunch of guys, about 20-25 all up and yes, they had to pay their own way. My best man pretty much booked everything. Cost for the weekend was A$150 per person. In exchange for that you got a bed to crash in for 2 nights, you got beer and spirits to drink as well as soft drink (soda). You also got bacon and eggs for breakfast each morning and a whole bunch of munchies like chips, nuts etc. Lastly you witnessed a great act by a lovely girl named sugar!

We booked the house through the local real estate agent. I got most of the alcohol cheap through work and we bought the groceries and booked the entertainment beforehand.

If we were to head out for one night in the city here in Sydney. Have dinner, go to a strip joint and drink there all night we'd have spent hundreds of dollars each.

A weekend away is a good idea! If you need any hel just ask me. My advice is to steer clear of those sites because they charge you a margin for booking shit for you. Wherever possible do it yourself and save heaps!

I guarantee it'll be the best wekeend you and your mates will ever have

I'm only here for a minute, but thanks for the the advice. I am, as you know, a cheap bastard and would never pay anyone to organize or book such a thing for me when I could do it myself for waaaay cheaper and likely better. I like the idea of renting a place, and even found one kickass private chalet about an hour from here. The only problem will be getting "entertainment" out that way. As well, I'm sure I'll run into numerous tightwads who won't want to pay more than $10 or something stupid. I think if I could keep it between $75-100 I could make it all work.
BTW, do you think I could get any cheap booze through your work? :P

Dude ur friends sound as tight as a fishes arsehole!

Yeah you'll have to investigate the entertainment thing I guess. I looked online and found a few places that serviced the area I was in and it worked out well.

Yeah I'll hook you up with some free booze if u fly me over I'll bring it with me

I think I am gonna send out prelim. invite like 6 months in advance to let people have time to gather funds if they must. Shit, if half of them save their beer bottles, that would more than pay for it.

You're welcome to come. You'll learn first hand how to stay warm when it's -30 by consuming lots of booze. :alc:

My bet would be since they're indoors alot, to prevent the "stir-crazies" from settling in they drink a goodly amount which means they survive by

FUCKING ALOT!!!

*at least that's how I would have to cope* :P

I´m not immune to frost  but I like to stay indoors when it´s that cold (-30c) :D And I recommend that if you take some alcohol to warm up, please don´t go out when it´s cold, it might be your last :S

And I must say that our houses are pretty well built, we have thick walls and very good radiators :D And we like to wear lot of clothes.

Tell her it's a business trip to research Canadian booze
I'm curious to know where you were that was that cold....somewhere in Australia?

This morning when I went out to start my car it was -31....-39 with the windchill. The wind is WAAAAY worse then just the pure cold. I would rather have it -30 out with no wind, than -15 with a -25 windchill ANY day. Cold is cold, but cold with wind just chills a person right to the bone and any exposed skin freezes way faster.
I went out running with my dog last night and it was -28 but with no wind. It was damnnd cold to be sure but I was so happy there was no wind.

It does take a few weeks to acclimatize yourself to the cold each winter but I still never get really used to it or like it very much. There was a blizard a couple weeks ago with extreme cold temps and people who got standed out on some deserted highways DIED. It doesn't take long if you aren't prepared.
But just take a good survival kit and some blankets and you'll be in good shape. It's surprising how many people go out on the highway in their warm car without even bringing a jacket, only to have their vehicle breakdown on them in the middle of nowhere.

A few drinks in front of the fireplace is the best way to cope with the cold.
Also, learning how to dress to stay warm outside is a science around here.

Yeah, if your house has any insulation problems or door seal leaks, you find out really quick when it gets super cold. The chilled air just pours in.

I think I could write a book on cold and winter.
