Pink Floyd and the Beatles are indeed both great, but are they rock big enough to destroy the Earth?

NO... but if not for the beatles and to a lesser extent Pink Floyd, we wouldn't be listening to the music we are listening to today!

But it was the monkey first. Unless you are one of those creationists.

@naraz: good point, T-Rex were rockers!

@bondi: *quietly makes shush sound and whispers conspiratorially "Don't say that aloud! People will know!"*

Which god I wonder?

And by that reasoning, there should be nothing but humans. Anthropocentric as we tend to be.

I could answer these questions in my nerdy wisdom if anyone cares to listen (which is probably no haha)
but Black13 is pretty much bang on with the anthropocentric remark.

How sad that that should be the only thing I'm banging on lately. :(

And I'd like to hear (read) your take on whatever you feel like talking about. It is good to hear what others think. I'm all too aware that mine is not the only perspective. Just the only one that matters! :blahblah: :roflmao:

I had to edit because I forgot to say that my take on evolution is not that we came from monkeys or apes or whatever but that we came from the same thing as they did. And if you go back far enough, all the creatures came from the first form of life that arose. That is what the available evidence tells me.
