Yes they are the same and they are not real either I would say due to the gap between the breasts and other signs but I could be wrong but you are correct they are the same breasts if you look at these two picks especially.

I meant to add you can tell by the mole in the center of the chest and one on the aerola of her right boob. Funny though she goes from 18 to 34.
