totally agreed. I guess it's great and all that he's going to support her, though. But what if she miscarries? She's only 2 months along and I don't think she's a very healthy person. They just confirmed their fears yesterday at the doctor and he was pushing to get married tomorrow (well, today by now). At least they're waiting till late april, but still. Can you imagine if she miscarries and now all of a sudden they're married? I just don't get it sometimes.

They had their engagement get-together last night. We all had a nice time, but I found it hard to consider it a joyous occasion worthy of grand celebration. Which could be the reason we all met at Hooters and not somewhere really fancy. hehehe

I agree that it's good he's supporting her. I think if they are going to get married they should wait until after the baby is born. And meeting at hooters is hilarious. Maybe vlad would disagree with me but I haven't found our hooter waitresses to be anything special. How are they on your end?

Not too bad for the most part. I'm not a big fan of the food at Hooters. They can't even make a good burger and their fries are tasteless. How do you screw up two restaurant staples like that? I'll eat wings but I'm not a big fan. I only go cuz that's where my friends go and we usually have a good time when we're out together. Anyway... to answer your question, the waitresses who have been there awhile are great. It's the new ones that just can't handle our group's lame jokes and loudness that aren't very friendly. same ones usually mess up orders too.

Also, I didn't give you all the details about our night. We met at hooters. we ended up having about 17 people. They had no clue what to do with us. they kept seating people ahead of us. They wouldn't open up the closed area just for us (which I understand). But they had no plan for getting us seated and they kept seating smaller groups. we were there about an hour with no end in sight when we decided to call it quits. We ended up going to a sports bar we frequent often and ended up having a $500 tab. Our waitress got an awesome tip too.

Oh, sure. The boards were slow all day. And now I have to leave work and go home to slow Internet when things start picking up. Poor me.

:D Nice pair of :flashboobs: always brightens the day. I wonder how cold it´s tehre...we had about -10 celsius this morning but when sun was shining it rised to -3 celsius :) not so cold! I hope that all this snow will go away untill 1st of May....When I lived in another city we used to make a bet about that...usually we had some snow at the beginning of May.

I know there's another thread out here that talks about F/C conversion, but i'm not about to try it. So it's about 22 degrees Fahrenheit today. We had a mild weekend so when you wake up in the morning and all of a sudden it's cold and windy and you're ill-prepared clothing-wise, it's hard to feel motivated about the day.

No snow where I live thank goodness. Just barely south of me right now. A little far south got it really bad, I heard about a foot is what they're expecting. i might get a couple drifts here and there, but nothing too bad. Good thing too, because I have some fixin' to do on my snow-blower.

Spring is definitely a slow mover around here, but I'm hoping to get past it soon enough.
