Well going off the boards response too the said opionion I think you need a few reading comprehension classes. Your opinion has been brought up here before you are only reposting the same things a few people here have already said and trying to make it come off as your brilliant outtake on things.



No where on this board did you actually give constructive criticism, instead you came in here posting like you were all high and mighty with your arrogance and pompous attitude. THAT is why you were not recieved to highly from the board members.



As someone once stated it is quality of a post, you have given nothing original to this board. I never claimed to be more of an authority over you but I do in fact contribute to this board which is something you have yet to do. As far as how much time I spend here, let's see I am a full time mom, go to college full time, run my house take very good care of my children find time to take a few pics for my fans here and still find time to come on here so I think I manage my time quite well and whatever time I spend here is just that, MY TIME to spend.



I actually talk to the veterans of this site often they post here often and yes they dont like the idiotic posts started but who decides what is idiotic. I have made ONE repeat post and the whole point of it was to be a repeat post. A lot of the veterans here constantly post simpson quotes, many my find that disruptive to the site or pointless or what have you, others here take it in stride and go with it knowing that not everyone is the same and we all have differant likes and dislikes, I haven't been a simpson fan since I was 12 but I will even join in now and than because it doesn't bother me that they have fun quoting it and this board is for fun and entertainment.



In all due respect, most of us saw what you said and most of us would actually agree but when you come in here making all the posts you did in the way which you did it, you sort of lost respect from most of the people that would be inclined to agree. It had nothing to do with the content behind the post sweetheart it had to do with the personality.

Now was this responsive enough for you??? I hope so because until you can stand up and act like a grown adult, I wont again waist this much of my valuable time on you.

As one of the Board Veterans "Joe", suffice it to say that when someone introduces themselves to a message board with posts along the lines of "Why is this here?" and "What ANOTHER one of these threads?!?!?!" that person DESERVES all the abuse they receive.

I am not a board expert. In fact, this happens to be the ONLY board I post to on a regular basis. BUT the boards I have visited once or twice ALL seem to recognize the courtesy of "I'm a newbie. Hi all." before you start posting like you've been there forever.

Bottom line, number of posts is irrelevant, just means someone has more time than another. BUT when you're new you're new and should expect trouble if you come in with an attitude of "I'm just trying to point out....."

I KNOW there are inane posts....repeat posts......duplicate posts & threads. but guess what? It's NOT my Board or MY SITE!!!!! If I can live with it and just ignore it - as I have for the past 3-4 years - NEWBIES CAN TOO!!!!

That this is a public forum and I do not see any rules or guidelines on post etiquette. And technically, we're in the "Shoot The Breeze" section where it states we can talk about anything. I think a congratulatory thread for Diane fits that category.

As a newbie to this forum, but veteran to others, it takes some getting used to. This is the only forum I know where everyone recycles threads. And although it may make the board more organized, there are ppl here who have threads that reach 100+ pages! I think that's insane.

I personally don't have the patience to comb through pages of old posts for pics or even just to catch up on what's going on.

Anyway you should also understand the negative reaction you received from everyone. As Diane mentioned, it wasn't what you said, it was the way you said it.

I'm pretty much a newbie here and I find you don't have to read and catch up on everything to really enojy this site and the people on it.I do find that if I come across joekickass's comments I don;t usually bothe to read them. They tend to be a waste of time and I'd rather read repeats or double threads. I'm glad that I'm not the only one that thinks a veteran has come on line disguised as this loser just to add drama, heat, discord or whatever the hell they're trying to do.
