I wish you guys could see this show produced locally called Bondi Rescue (I think they have a site at www.BondiRescue.com) It is a reality show that follows the Full Time lifeguards at Bondi Beach and the shit they have to deal with on a daily basis, fantasic viewing

CALL CENTRES! They keep me on hold for ages, they call is expensive, they never seem to know what they're doing, they don't speak up enough...I'm sure there's more. Grr.
