I recently got the Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease DVD set and let me tell you IT'S FABULOUS!!!!!!

If you're finding it hard to stick to the gym, or those typical old routine boring workout tapes... then you owe it to yourself to try this one - seriously!

Personally, I have a hard time sticking to workout routines if they aren't fun. BUt if you like to dance, being sexy (which I KNOW MOST OF YOU DO - you're on this site right? lol), and having a blast all while keeping fit -buy this!

It will certainly get your hearrate going... and that of whomever is watching you do the routines

Just thought I'd share

after describing that, sussed HAS to post some pics of her working out.

I tried the carmen electra aerobic striptease workout, but no one at the gym found it sexy AT ALL. Maybe I was doing it wrong. I guess I'll just stick to Crossfit (www.crossfit.com). :unsure:

I need to get my camera back up and running again. I can take tonnes of pics but can't upload them to my computer because the adapter is missing
