We were contemplating that for my mate's wedding a few months back.... figured if groom and all the groomsmen showed up in matching outfits (OK, matching stains on the Bonds are a little hard, but we were willing to try!) than they'd have to accept it.
Unfortunately, we hadn't had nearly enough to drink (I was driving and, as such, bone dry) and could remember how much hiring the suits cost us, and exactly how much damage my mate's future-missus could and would do to us. Still, they were Matrix-style suits, so it was all good

The groomsman will be wearing black trousers and a red shirt, whilst I will be wearing black trousers and a gold shirt; bridesmaids will wear red dresses, and my bride will be wearing gold dress and gold corset...
