Hey guys, there's a way to get guests photo deleted? Somebody uploaded some photos of me, but all of them are fake and I can't delete it, I already contacted the webmaster and made some reports but nothing work

And I'm sorry to say that I don't know how to get photos deleted - except to keep messaging the admin (he's often busy with other things, but helpful when he comes on - and I suspect that he would have to help to delete photos someone else posted).
That profile I'm using I made it randomly, I'm not from Argentina or USA, I got aware of my image in this website cause someone already posted a image of me here and the asshole send me a message that I got "exposed", idk why or who did it but until a few weeks ago I have been reporting the old image and now there's this new image

I don't want to know where you are from. You need to check the laws in your area regarding "Revenge Porn". Revenge Porn is illegal in some areas, and you can press charges.

Sometimes, this stuff makes my head hurt. Most of us are just here for fun, take the clothes off and relax, in normal adult fun fashion. But this is social media, and then we get the trolls, drama queens and lunatic fringe that want to come in, and ruin the party.
The uptick in "stolen" pics posted for revenge or troll, is not that much. For every one of those that comes into this site, is an instant tornado of drama, "he said - she said". Back in the day when we had power mods, they'd just delete their photos, kick them out and be done with it. The phoney detection continues!

We definitely need a hands on mod. Someone who can react quickly to these issues and delete all the crappy spam posted.
It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s the same person posting the pics and asking for them to be deleted. Not saying it is, but it’s very suspicious I think. Just seems too much of a coincidence to me. But happy to apologise and be proved wrong. (That would be a first!!)
There are more fakes then you want to believe or acknowledge. The more popular and verified accounts should be more upset and calling out the ones that are fake. Fake to me are those pics/accounts of people that aren’t them. I know a few of the more popular non-verified accounts get great public love by those that keep calling out the need for mods and admin to crack down. Don’t be a hypocrite, call them out even thought you like the pics. Posting a nude of someone without permission legal or not for your area is disgusting.
