I'd say it varies from person to person, generally I prefer real.

But i knew someone that was put down a lot by her ex and was in a bad way, she had a boob job and all her confidence came back and she was such an amazing beautiful person again.

So even though I dont think she needed it personally, for her I'd say fake all the way, but if surgeons knife was to touch kizzle I'd cry for a week and and light a candle each year to mark the day the world went mad

my thanksgiving went well... spent some time with the family, didnt get to take any pictures unfortunately, but i have some new ones from school that i can put up ... how were all of your thanksgivings??? I hope good and full of breast!! turkey breast, duh
