How do you attach a video or gif to a message? every time I do the reader says they can't open it. What are the allowable file types and sizes allowed?

can anyone help?

Hello! You can't post video at all here. Just links to them....I use vimeo.com for mine as I can password protect and then share to only who I chose. Gifs have to be 4.99mb or less for them to work.

Glad to have helped...should also mention the gifs will be considered an image file not a vid file when you go to upload.....also thank you for the compliment..glad you like..actually made that gif because of my head throbbing in it..glad you appreciate
