An ex of mine would call it "He", for example, sometimes the ex would say;
"Is he ready?"
"Oooo, looks like he is ready for her" (sometimes she would call hers pu$$y or just "her")
And she definitely was obsessed by my baby batter, that was her happy fluid, she had a name for that too.
"Give me your goop!"
