my vote is no...for me it doesn't do anything for the attractiveness of a breast. When they are in, it is less enjoyable for me for sucking on them. That's what I'm worried about. Mine are very sensitive and I like it. I would be upset if it desensitized them, because once its done its done and I've read that it can. I really want to and think it looks sexy though. Ugh, decisions!

Go talk to a piercing specialist near you and see what they say. That still won't guarantee anything, but it may help you to make your decision. Pierced nipples look hot, but that alone shouldn't be the deciding factor.

Whatever makes you happy! I say go for it. I had mine done about 7 years ago, and I've never regretted it!

Oh yes, they stay full LOL. That was just from this morning. The right and left keep up with each other just fine. I can fill those bottles about 3 times a day.
