From the google stats I can see that users are tending to enter the frontpage and not the members board for their for first visit.

The is the rule that pics from the threads can be used automatically for the rating section too but i would like to encourage them to post their pics themselves.

Also if there is an automatic system behind the ratings, it take a while until it detects a pattern. Users are logging in with different IPs, also even rate as guests. They also dont rate every pic with a 1, sometimes only top rated pics in the Top 10. So it takes a while, but until now I have always cought the downraters :-)
