last one for tonight. just a fun thing i experienced over this weekend. went to a festival in PA just to get outside and walk around. go to the fudge stall and see all these varieties like chocolate/vanilla and walnuts; orange creamsicle; mint; creme Brulé; cherry bourbon chocolate; German chocolate cake; etc. i see this one that is a bright green, kind of toward the Mountain Dew look. read the sign for it. Pickle. Pickle Fudge. now, I had tasted dill pickle Lay's potato chips and i can eat pickles, so I'm thinking what the heck is this going to taste like? surprised...could tell it was pickle flavored, but it wasn't overpowering. not enough to buy a slab of it but i might sample it again if I ever come across it.
