I have never heard of these languages meaning a sex act but here is my best guess. I think the French means oral as in French Kissing. The German probably means tit fucking due to the bodacious size of many German women's boobs. I imagine that Spanish must mean anal...but I'm surprised that they didn't choose Greek.
