You just look at the next few replies after you posted your question. See how my answer includes your original post? That's because I clicked the "Reply" button.

You also clicked on the "Add reply" button on the end.
If you want to track replies to your posts you can also have an email sent to you notifying you everytime someone replies to your posts or threads you have created... I believe it is under My Controls tab
