WRONG they dont' play that in elementary school P.E.

Sorry...we do learn a great deal. Actually we are working on Force friction gravity and resistence right now. Not throwing objects at other children in order to get them out!` hate to burst anyone bubbles...that doesn't really happen to much. As for ben stiller...

Damn I studied Sports Science in ghigh school as well as P.E and Sports, Lifestyle and recreation and I really didn't learn squat about bio mechanics until I was 15?

Besides, we spent most of the time playing sports :P

I still remember that one, and yes, i knew it was in the neck.

I also remember the other little fact that the tongue is the strongest muscle in the body? and the Glutes the biggest?

I always thought that too, but actually the jaw muscle is the strongest.

From Winipedia:
The unexplained statement that "the tongue is the strongest muscle in the body" appears frequently in lists of surprising facts, but it is difficult to find any definition of "strength" that would make this statement true. Note that the tongue consists of sixteen muscles, not one.

Ouch! Way to make a brother feel bad :(
Dodgeball is way cool fun. If you go out and play a hard and fast game, most people will be sucking wind after a few games with no subs. I do CrossFit and I consider my conditioning pretty good and I even start getting tired at times.
It's a different game when you have 10 year old kids playing compared to 20-30 year olds, some of which are very good athletes and have canons for arms.
First and foremost it's a rec league and we're out to have fun but c'mon it's not like we're playing darts.
And as far as athletes, I do CrossFit, weight train, try to train some MMA when I can(UFC fighting), distance run and interval train so there :P

The movie has spawned tons of leagues in Canada

Yeah, I always wondered how the tongue could be considered the "strongest" muscle in the body. It all depends on how one qualifies it.
The tongue isn't anchored on both ends to any bones like the other muscles in the body so it kinda makes it hard to measure its "strength". Since it doesn't for a lever as compred to say the biceps it's hard to comapare the two. If my tongue is so strong. Why can't I lift little barbells with it. Well maybe I could, but they would have to be pretty small
It makes sense that the tongue contains multiple muscles, cuz the only function of a muscle is to contract and relax. So if the tongue was only one muscle it wouldn't be able roll/twist give great oral sex with :eatme:
Geeze, I think I put too much thought into all this

I love this sort of useless trivia... thanks for adding to my worthless collection of shit to know

Gnappy, I can imagine it'd be a pretty tough game. I play touch football (rugby league) and I always cop shit because it's only touch but the speed and agility not to mention aerobic fitness you need to play this game is far greater than conventional rugby
