When you link a site or a webpage, how do you make it so that the link is a word rather then the whole URL address. e.g when you linked snowballing

I'm lazy. So what I do is post the post with the link in all its glory. THen I edit the post. when you are in the edit screen you will see the address repeated. The one outside the "[]" is the one you can rewrite to show up as text and the other one is where the link is directed. I may have the backwards, but it will make sense when you see it.

or in the reply screen (not fast reply) at the top there are a bunch of button,
http/ img/ @/ etc.
click the http one, paste your website then it will ask you what you want to call it.

There's that damn "you must enter a title" message box. WTF is with this place always demanding titles???

haha, yeah I thought of it after. I was getting that and the one where they liken homer's shape to the pilsbury doughboy's mixed up.
