I would have to say that, although I've never had the opportunity to be with a pregnant woman, if I had the opportunity and it were medically safe to do so and I knew her, then yes, I would consider the opportunity to be with her and help to fulfill some, if not all of her needs sexually would be a privelege. I would consider it a privelege to be asked by her to do something as important to her health and well-being as this is. I once read, that regular sex during the course of pregnancy helped to make the delivery easier. It has been a while back that I read that, but it was put forth by two well-respected obstetrician/gynecologists. So, who am I to argue with them?
