I may be thinking of something different, but my understanding is, while going doggie style the guy jumps to anal without warning, when the girl looks back with the "What the fuck are you doing?" look the guy hooks a finger into her mouth and pulls......

Like I said, I may be incorrect, but for me that's just wrong on sooo many levels...
