There are some excellent puns to be used here, but I'll refrain from posting the obvious

This was on Yahoo

Did the TV network really do this?

There's no revolution in Belgium. Really

By RAF CASERT, Associated Press WriterThu Dec 14, 6:55 PM ET

Suddenly and shockingly, Belgium came to an end. State television broke into regular programming late Wednesday with an urgent bulletin: The Dutch-speaking half of the country had declared independence and the king and queen had fled. Grainy pictures from the military airport showed dark silhouettes of a royal entourage boarding a plane.
Only after a half hour did the station flash the message: "This is fiction."
It was too late. Many Belgians had already fallen for the hoax.
Frantic viewers flooded the call center of the RTBF broadcaster that aired the stunt. Embassies called Belgian authorities to find out what was going on, while foreign journalists scrambled to get confirmation.

You're asking the wrong crowd. Now, if the TV anchors were topless, you might have a good chance of one of us knowing the answer to that... otherwise, Google's guess is as good as mine.

no there isn't a revolution going on here. Maybe u know that there are 2 parts in Belgium, one is speaking Dutch the other French. Mostly those don't get along very well and since 20 years most Dutch speaking people are fed up with the French speaking people. Mostly because in that part of our country, employment is a complete disaster. Since we have a system that divides community money between the 2 parts, and that gives money to people who are unemployed, most of us feel that we just pay the French speaking people for not working. Sadly enough it's true that most of them prefer to live on that money rather then going to work.
last week a tv-station faked that seperation between the 2 parts in their news which lead to chaos in the French speaking part of Belgium (that fake news wasn't broadcasted in the other part). The goal of that fake news was to get a debate going about the future of Belgium.

It is on cable here on the Comedy Channel oddly enough!

I don't know how it works in Northern America but in Australia it is a sexy blonde woman (I can't think fo her name right now) who is completely nude, and reads the actual news. From crime, politics, sport, finance and weather. It is compelleing viewing!
