First up, if this is in the wrong forum, feel free to move it CM or BTS.

Now, for a little bit of background. I have a very good female friend who's looking into having some augmentation done. It's still a little ways off while she manages to get the funds together, but she does have some concearns and questions about it - and I figured this is probably a great place to ask, given we've got some fine examples of augmentation gone horribly right. Currently it sounds like she's looking into either Saline implants done in Thailand (for cost, obviously), or "Gummy Bear" implants done on the Gold Coast, Australia.

But she does have some concearns. She's been looking through before and after pictures, and there's a few things on her mind. So I'll attempt to summarise:

- Stretching of the nipple and/or areola. She's rather fond of hers, and wants to know if stretching is common, or avoidable.

- Uneven nipples. Again, for aesthetic reasons, same concearns as above.

- "Plastic" look skin post-op. A lot of the shots she looked at, the skin had stretched to the point that the breasts looked like they were made of a shiney plastic, so she wants to know if this is a long-term thing, or what have you.

- Feel and movement. She didn't specifically mention these, but given she's getting them largely to show off under tight, revealing clothing (low-cut dresses, bikinis, etc) than this is probably the kind of info she'll want.

And just about anything else you could think of that's worth knowing. She's a rather small girl (5'5½, currently 34A-26-34) and aiming to go upto either a large C or a D. I told her I'd find out all I could so she can put in the research well before it becomes an issue. Naturally, she's going to be looking into whatever surgeon she goes for, but the more she knows now the better things should (hopefully) go.

Cheers

Hopefully some girls who've done it will offer some advice in here rather than just us slack jawed yokels. But being a compulsive poster, I'll say that A to D seems like quite a jump. I think C would be a better idea and still give her some nice sized tits based on the frame you described, but pics might be in order :P
As well, she should research the doc doing them, in addition to saline/silicone etc. Some docs do horrible work, others really good. It might be worth paying a little more if she gets what she wants. I think there are also different ways of inserting the implants(insertion sites, behind the muscle, in front of it). These are important things for her to consider.

As well, if she needs money to pay for her implants, send her ddd35's direction. I'm sure he'd foot the bill :P

I agree with Cman and Gnappy, A to D is probably not going to look right for her. That stretched, shiny look would most likely be avoided if she went to a C. As far as before and after pictures, the most relevant ones would be from the actual surgeon who is going to do the operation. And, if she wants to post her before and after pictures here, we'll really be able to form an intelligent opinion. Among, all the other good reasons to post them here, of course. :flashboobs:

If she could find out who did DJS13's, that would be a smart move. She's got the best looking rack, real or fake, on RMM.

D is too big for a small girl. Everyone will be thinking about her fake boobs rather than thinking what a hot small chick with great cans. C would be great. I bet even a full B would look good on her, but if you're spending the money, go for the C. I also would suggest using a doctor that's convenient to revisit or have a doctor lined up for checkups if you're going far far away for money reasons. I know a couple girls who got it done and had to get some minor adjustments... not exactly surgical, but minor things that made a big difference. apparently things need to settle over time, but they don't always settle the way the doctor expected them to. Also one of my friends is very athletic and the doctor didn't expect the muscle tone she had. Her new boobs kind looked funny and her nipples were way too high cuz the doc didn't plan on having to make a "shelf" or something. He ended up using her scar tissue to make the shelf and now everything looks great. Never got to feel, though. :(

so that's my long story. to sum it all up, make sure she's got someone convenient she can do the checkups with.

A to a D would be a huge change , I would think , have a god friend in colorade that went from a B to D between her 8th grade yr and her freshmen yr , it looked really weird but they were very nice ... just make sure you use a reputable person to do , Im sure gnappy for the right price could do it with fix-a flat and a needle and it only costs $29.95 .. but it doesnt last :)

naturally? seems kinda young for implants. and getting big naturally and with implants is totally different.

Heyy Avv,

Long time no see on the boards brother!

Well I have a friend who has had implants so I may have some worthwhile advice. DO NOT LET HER GET THEM DONE IN THAILAND!!!! Yes the costs may be cheap but it is not worth the risk of the dodgy practices they run over their. Not to mention unsanitary conditions. Get her to get them done in Aus. We have some very fine surgeons indeed.

Lastly like CM said, A to D I think would be too much and she would start looking like those porn models whose breasts are just so fake they arent really a turn on. The girl I know who had them done when from an A to a Nice full C and she doesn't look unnatural.

For $19.95, you could throw in the whole state of Kansas and it would still be a rip-off. I think they're still getting about 2 cents an acre out there. Including the house.
