probably rickard's red, not bad stuff. budwesier in canada is different than US. It is brewed in Canada and tastes a lil different. Not a big fan of it anymore but I used to drink it exclusivley

Now where's my burito! I mean where's my beer!

Firstly loving the combined references there... and I stand corrected, but that was pretty funny

Billy Beer is the inside pocket of your old jacket!

what's all this lite talk.
although I don't mind some yankee beer (MGD is good), I tried Mich Ultra once, it had zero taste..swill to me... I am saying that only a swine would drink this beer.

Gimme a Kokanee please

I dont know if I ave shared this story before, but here goes...

A few years back I was in Hawaii with some mates on a surfing trip. Every afternoon we would head to the liquor store and stock up for the night, usually Some Millers Genuine Draft and some spirits. One day we ran into these dudes from Cali and they picked up a case of Bud Lite and we thought that was lame. They then picked up a 6 pack of MGD, turned to us and said, "This should get the night started." Like drinking full strength beer is some sort of experience for them... I have never laughed so hard in my life!

btw spotted and I have tried kokanee.... pretty damn good!

There was 3 of them... so they would've had 2 full strength beers each.... meanwhile we walked out with 3 cases of MGD and 3 bottles of smirnoff

I just dont see America's fascination with mid or lite beers

I'll drink light beer every once in a while. usually when my stomach is full from something as useless as food. Light beer can be a little less filling which means I can squeeze about 2-10 more in in a night.

but for the most part, no light beer for me.

Thats good because with our current terror laws and security measures, any light beer drinkers would not be allowed into Australia :P

I can only drink 6 or 8 beers in a sitting now, then I switch to Jager

I do have some light beer in my refrigerator that has accumulated from friends who bring it to a party I'm having. I call it friend beer. I don't ever drink it. But if I hvae a friend come over and ask for a beer, that's what they get. hence friend beer. by friends, for friends

The act of bringing lite beer over to a friends house for a party/BBQ and then proceeding to drink the hosts full strength beer is considered an offence in Aus, punishable by public ridicule
