My areolas change from quite narrow and hard to the touch to proper flat dilated 1 1/2 inch and quite flat (with the milk duct holes)... temperature... if i am aroused and time of the month makes then change..

They change within minutes (sometimes just one will change lol) and just wondered if anyone else had experienced this or indeed if ladies also can do this.

Will catch a few pics of them fully dilated soon so you can see for yourselves.
