This is an interesting photo. Most likely around the 80's, taken with a 35mm film camera, either 400 or 800 ASA (note the grainy picture). The shadow of the flash is off center, so there must have been a flash attachment mount or handle. It would have been nice to know a little bit more this photo from an earlier time.
